The live recorded workshop will be accessible for 21 days.
It will go by fast so be mindful and thoughtful in creating time to learn.
Create an intention you'd like fuel while learning.
Let the 3 weeks be the container.
It's suggested you begin viewing the recording the day of or after you register.
Take the workshop without stopping the video so you get the whole workshop.
From there you'll know how much time you need to practice and learn.
Review recording using pause, rewind, fast forward as desired.
Repetition of the patterns and strokes will build your body memory and rewire your brain to memory.
Welcome the unfamiliar stokes and techniques with intentions to be adaptable.
Make friends with the uncomfortable and unfamiliar.
Have patience and compassion as you learn.
Be with the material throughout the 3 weeks to ride on a momentum for this body memory
and to absorb it more efficiently.
If you wait to do the recording on the last week you will lose time to review, to seal in what you learned and time needed for body and brain memory.
Video tape yourself playing so you can observe to see your progress or what may need adjusting.
