MA CHANT

Recorded live class lesson, which includes drum sisters joining along for 2nd half of the class. This gives a peak into the experience of what it sounds like drumming and chanting within a group.

It is a invocational repetitive mantra for the Divine Mother/ Universal Mother / All Mothers / Mother within. It is very grounding as well as entrancing. It is a beautiful way to entrain together as a group.

Includes PDF for the first time. It was always taught via singing the strokes and body memory in the past.

I suggest repeating the lesson a few times and practicing on your own committed to body memory.
